Damaged Products

All products go through quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

After verification, we will arrange a replacement product or provide store credit, depending on product availability.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or return.

Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners usually attempt delivery up to three times.

If the shipment is not received by the customer and is returned to our warehouse, the order can be re-shipped upon request, and additional shipping charges may apply.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipping will only be processed after online payment of the order amount and applicable shipping charges.
