Shipping & Delivery Policy – Zivba Trends

Zivba Trends ships products across India and also offers international shipping. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your orders are handled professionally and delivered safely on time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after the order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details and tracking link so you can track your order easily.

In case of any delay in processing your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID (AWB Number) and tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment.

Order Delivery – India

Our delivery partners usually deliver orders within:

  • 2–4 working days for metro cities

  • 4–7 working days for non-metro cities

Delivery times are counted from the date your order is dispatched. In rare situations such as weather issues, holidays, or courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Please note that a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for delivery, as many courier partners use OTP-based delivery confirmation.

If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect contact details or unavailability of OTP confirmation, the package may return to our warehouse and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

International Orders

For orders outside India, delivery usually takes 10–15 working days depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

Shipping Charges

Shipping within India

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

  • A Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge of ₹125 may apply for COD orders.

International Shipping

International shipping charges depend on the weight of the order and destination country. The exact shipping charges will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes as per the laws of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to receive the package.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or failed delivery attempts, shipping charges will not be refundable and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
