At Zivba Trends, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind after receiving your order, we are here to help.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn

The product must be in its original packaging with tags

You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Clear photos of the product
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Returned items must be shipped back within 5 days after return approval. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you within 24–48 hours.
If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit / coupon code equal to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
The coupon code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Applicable Deductions
In certain cases, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount if the order is returned after shipment or refused at delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at fashion@zivbatrends.com or fashionzivbatrends@gmail.com. with your order details.

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded to the original payment method (payment gateway charges may apply).

COD orders may require confirmation before shipping.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Wrong Product
All our products go through multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the steps below:

Inform within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue via email at fashion@zivbatrends.com. or fashionzivbatrends@gmail.com.

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
If the claim is approved, we will arrange one of the following:

Replacement of the product, or
-
Store credit / coupon code for the product value.
Important Notes

Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for returns.

Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Only one coupon code can be used per order.
