Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Zivba Trends, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind after receiving your order, we are here to help.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The product must be in its original packaging with tags

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Your Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Clear photos of the product

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Returned items must be shipped back within 5 days after return approval. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you within 24–48 hours.

If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit / coupon code equal to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

The coupon code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Applicable Deductions

In certain cases, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount if the order is returned after shipment or refused at delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at fashion@zivbatrends.com or fashionzivbatrends@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded to the original payment method (payment gateway charges may apply).

  • COD orders may require confirmation before shipping.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Wrong Product

All our products go through multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Inform within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue via email at fashion@zivbatrends.com. or  fashionzivbatrends@gmail.com.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Store credit / coupon code for the product value.

Important Notes

  • Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for returns.

  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

  • Only one coupon code can be used per order.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
